Temple is managed by Ma Vaishnodevi Shaneeswara Devasthanam Trust, led by Chief Priest Acharyasree Madhava Rajendrananda Theerthapadar, also known as Rajendra Swami, focuses on temple administration while promoting peace and harmony among Sanatana Dharma devotees.

The administration, management, and governance of the temple are overseen by the trust, which consists of the Chairperson and Board of Trustees, ensuring its smooth functioning. The board also spearheads various projects for social causes and oversees the operation of a dedicated yoga center.

The trust is registered under Section 80G and 12A of the Income Tax Act, allowing donors to claim tax benefits on their contributions.
