Ma Vaishnodevi Shaneeswara Devasthanam Trust is led by Chief Priest Acharyasree Madhava Rajendrananda Theerthapadar, also known as Rajendra Swami. With his guidance and spiritual leadership, the trust is committed to upholding the traditions of Sanatana Dharma while promoting peace and harmony among the temple devotees.

The trust is governed by a dedicated Board of Trustees, consisting of individuals deeply committed to the temple's mission. Together, they oversee the administration, management, and governance of the temple, ensuring its smooth functioning and adherence to its core principles. The primary function of the trust is to oversee the operations of the temple and uphold its sacred traditions. The trust is actively involved in a range of projects and initiatives aimed at serving the community. From social welfare programs, a dedicated yoga center to  cultural events, the trust is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those it serves.

The trust is registered under Section 80G and 12A of the Income Tax Act, allowing donors to claim tax benefits on their contributions.
